Q:  When can I expect my order to ship?

A: Orders will typically ship out within 24 hours.  Anticipate arrival to your doorstep within 5 days.  If there is any delay due to product availability, you will be notified as to the expected shipment and arrival date.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?

A: Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200.  Sales tax is not included in order totals for free shipping.  If you return part of your purchase, shipping charges will be assessed for the returned product. We always recommend following us on facebook & instagram to stay up to date with our latest offer codes and deals!  Offer is subject to change without notice.  Offers do not apply to previous purchases.  Standard shipping & handling charges are assessed at checkout.

Q: Do you offer additional discounts on bulk orders?

A: In order to qualify for a bulk discount, orders must be placed in units of 24 per product type.  Bulk orders are great for corporate settings, events, giveaways, family and of course friends!  If you are interested in placing a bulk order, contact us with the product you are looking for and how many you are interested in.  A Salutogenic Life representative will respond to your request within two business days.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We at Salutogenic Life stand behind our products 100% and guarantee the quality, purity, and potency of our products through their expiration date. Returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 5 days of receiving the items. All returns will be credited back to the original account and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping charges. 

To Receive Credit: 
Notify and receive preauthorization with our customer service department. 
No credits will be given to complaints that are received after the 30 days from the date of purchase. 
No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms ( ex; probiotics). 
Contact Salutogenic Life at Info@salutogeniclife.com and send a picture of the damaged items (if applicable), preauthorization number, lot number with the number of items being returned, original receipt and a reason for the return.

Packages that are received without approval will not be accepted for a refund/credit.

Q: Are your vitamins FDA Approved?

A: By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. But, the FDA does regulate both dietary supplements and dietary ingredients. At Salutogenic Life, we follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements in 2007 called "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. All of our products are cGMP registered by one of the following pending where the ingredients are sourced: NSF, TGA, or NPA. Our Fish oils are IFOS certified.  Every batch is tested for quality, safety, purity & effectiveness.

Q: Are your products free of allergens?

A: Unless otherwise noted, our products are free of gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial sweeteners and artificial colors. Our joint support does contain shellfish.
